What is E-Gold ? |

E-Gold is electronic gold. You can buy E-gold from many sources (some listed below for your)
E-gold is an electronic currency, issued by e-gold Ltd., a Nevis corporation, 100% backed at all times by gold bullion in allocated storage. (See www.e-gold.com)
Other e-metals are also issued: e-silver is 100% backed by silver, e-platinum is 100% backed by platinum, and e-palladium is 100% backed by palladium. However, the most popular e-metal (by an overwhelming margin) is e-gold.
e-gold is integrated into an account based payment system that empowers people to use gold as money. Specifically, the e-gold payment system enables people to spend specified weights of gold to other e-gold accounts. Only the ownership changes - the gold in the treasury grade vault stays put.

MoneyBookers - who are they? |

A favoured alternative to Paypal. Why not paypal? When you have a feww minutes do a 'Google search' for 'paypal' and you will see why.
moneybookers is a secure and fair service similar in lines to Paypal that hasn't yet got too big for it's boots. I have heard no bad remarks about Moneybookers, so we use them.
You fund you moneybookers account by a cheque, bank transfer or debit/credit card. To pay someone, you pay to their account. It happens instantly and is a very safe, secure service.

Do you accept Western Union money orders? |

NO - they don't have any facilities in the UK. Their money orders are worthless here. An international money order from a proper bank is OK. Ask them if it is cashable in the UK. As long as they are part of the International banking network, there should be no problem. |

Can I send cash ? |
| A: |
You sure can. There is a slight risk that it will be lost in transit. Send it by a 'special' delivery method where you get a signature and includes an insured value. It stands a better chance of not getting 'lost'.
Make sure that you can't hold it up to the light and see that the envelope contains money!
Print out your order and wrap the cash in that. We will have your full details then.
If it does get lost it is your responsability to sort that out. Please get a signature on delivery - we don't want you to even consider we have received it and then deny it. |

Whats is the delivery method used for seeds to the USA |

We use international mail. The seeds are shipped in a plain 'jiffybag' with no mention of the contents. These typically can take 10 days to arrive to the USA. Bulkier orders will be sent by International Royal Mail Parcels and should take a max of 5/6 days, unless it is a huge order and we have agreed to send it by sea. |

When can I expect delivery of my order? |

We pack and despatch orders twice a week.You will receive an email confirming the dispatch.
If you are ordering from the UK, allow 2/3 days for the goods to arrive. If from other parts of the world, allow 7-10 working days, and make an allowance for bank holidays and some flexability. |
