HOW TO STEPS 

 

 




Place the plant matter in the freezer one hour prior to start of the process.


** Make sure there are no hard branches or stems in the plant matter as it might damage the bag or entangle the electric mixer. When using flowers, break them apart. If not, the trichomes will remain trapped inside the plant mass.

The three different bags are both colour coded and marked to avoid mixing them up. Each one has a progressively fine filter mesh on the bottom.
Fill the bucket 2/3 full with cold water. Insert the red bag (x) into the orange bag (xx) then insert these bags into the yellow bag (xxx).   
Fold the rims of the bags down 1 1/2 to 2 inches with the inside red bag (x) forming a sealed lip over the other bags so no plant matter will get into orange (xx) or yellow (xxx) bag during the mixing process. Then lower the bags into the water until they are 2/3 full.   
Add ice into and around the bags to make the water as cold as possible. Let stand for 15 minutes to cool, placing it in a freezer, refrigerator or outside in a cold climate helps.
